What is your sales policy?


Returning merchandise is possible within 10 days of the time you receive it. In order to return a product, you need to first obtain an authorization (please see address below). In this case, you are responsible for the delivery fees.

Upon reception, the total amount that was debitted from your account will be credited, delivery fees excluded. Products must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered.
