San Francisco |
Although San Francisco is part of California, its climate is nothing like that of San Diego or Los Angeles. Mark Twain once said that the coldest winter he ever saw was a summer in San Francisco.
Since El Niño seems to want to scramble all “normal” weather previsions, it is getting increasingly difficult to predict what the weather will be like. Generally, it rains a lot in January, February and March. From April to September, the average temperature is 66°F (19°C), but evenings are somewhat chilly.
